胃癌组织MG—3c7相关抗原与DNA含量分析

摘　　要：目的:检测胃癌组织中MG—3c7相关抗原与DNA含量。方法:采用免疫酶组织化学方法及FCM技术检测一组胃癌及胃炎的石蜡包埋组织。结果:MG—3c7相关抗原在各种类型胃癌及胃管状腺癌中的阳性率分别为72.5％和100％,DNA异倍体率分别为72.2％和63.1％。结论:两种方法为胃癌的形态学及分子生物学诊断提供了依据。Purpose: MG—3c7 associated antigen and DNA content were detected in gastric carcinoma tissues. Methods: A series of the paraffin embedded tissues of gastric cancer and gastritis were detected by immunohistochemistry and flow cy-tometry. Results: The results showed that the positive rates of MG-3c7 associated antigen were 72. 5%,100% and DNA heteroploid rates were 72. 2%,63.1% respectively in all the types of gastric carcinoma and gastric tubular adenocarcinoma. Conclusions: The two methods provide diagnostic basis for the morphology and molecular biology of gastric carcinoma.
