摘　　要：目的 :观察环氧合酶 - 2 (cyclooxygenase - 2 ,COX - 2 )在大鼠牙胚发育过程中的时空表达 ,探讨其在牙胚发育中的作用。方法 :制备大鼠牙胚发育各期标本 ,兔抗大鼠COX - 2多克隆抗体 (1∶2 0 0 )免疫组织化学染色。结果 :COX - 2在牙胚发育期间存在特异的时空分布模式 ,其阳性表达主要在牙胚发育帽状期、钟状期的口腔上皮、牙板上皮、外釉、中间层和星网状层。结论 :首次观察到大鼠牙胚发育过程中存在COX - 2的特异性时空表达 ,提示COX -AIM:To determine the expression and distribution of COX-2, and possible function in the rat tooth germ development.METHODS:Selected sections of every stage of developing rat molar teeth were prepared and stained immunohistochemically with polyclonal rabbit anticyclooxygenase-2 at a concentration of 1 ∶200.RESULTS: COX-2 had its own specific temporospatial pattern during tooth germ development. It was expressed focally in the oral epithelium, dental lamina, outer enamel epithelium, stratum intermedium and stellate reticulum at cap and bell stages. CONCLUSION:These data are the first to show the dynamic spatial and temporal distribution of expression of COX-2 during various stages of the rat tooth germ development and suggest that it contributes to the rat tooth germ development.
