摘　　要：壳聚糖是一种可降解的生物高分子物质 ,具有广谱抑菌、增强免疫力、保湿、促进上皮生长、加速组织修复等特殊功能 ,可用作组织工程支架、药物缓释剂 ,在口腔软硬组织损伤、牙周、牙髓、尖周病。Chitosan is a biodegradable high molecular polymer. There are some special functions in broad antimicrobial spectrum , enhancing immune, persisting moist, promoting regeneration of the epithelium and rehabilitation of the organ .It is also a kind of tissue frame, delivery of slow release medicament. It has high applicable value in increasing repair of oral tissue, treatments of periodontal or periapical diseases and oral ulcer.
