摘 要:以聚丙烯酰胺 (HPAM)为聚合物 ,乌洛托品 (FA)和间苯二酚 (FB)为主交联剂 ,醛类SA、酚类SB为辅助交联剂 ,形成了有机醛 /酚 /HPAM弱凝胶体系。考察了主交联剂加量、辅助交联剂加量、体系pH值、HPAM加量及矿化度对其成胶性能的影响。确定了有机醛 /酚 /HPAM弱凝胶体系的最佳形成条件 :FA主交联剂加量 0 0 6% ,间苯二酚主交联剂加量 0 0 3 % ,体系pH值为 6~7,HPAM加量 0 0 5 %~ 0 1 0 % ,醛类辅助交联剂SA和酚类辅助交联剂SB加量均为 0 0 6%~0 0 8% ,有机醛 /酚 /HPAM弱凝胶体系可实现成胶时间可控 ,凝胶强度可调。The organic aldehyde/1,3-dihydroxybenzene/polyacrylamide weak gel system was prepared with polyacrylamide as polymer, methenamine and 1,3-dihydroxybenzene as main crosslinkers,aldehyde SA and phenolic SB as auxiliary crosslinkers. The effects of main crosslinkers, auxiliary crosslinkers, and polyacrylamide amount, and pH value and salinity of the system on gelation properties were investigated. The optimum preparation conditions were determined as follows: methenamine amount 0.06%,1,3-dihydroxybenzene amount 0.03%, pH value 6~7, polyacrylamide amount 0.05%~0.10%, aldehyde SA and phenolic SB auxiliary crosslinkers amount 0.06%~0.08% respectively. The gelation time was adjustable and gel intensity was controllable in organic aldehyde/1,3-dihydrocybenzene/polyacrylamine weak gel system.
