摘　　要：刑事物证的规范化管理是确保证据完好无损的重要措施,对于刑事技术鉴定、刑事侦查、审查起诉和法庭审判有着十分重要的意义。然而,目前我国的刑事物证管理,无论是在法律法规和有关部门的内部制度上,还是在司法实践中,都显得十分薄弱,亟待加强。我们要在思想上引起重视,在制度上进行完善,在操作中力求规范。The regulated management of criminal material evidence is the important measure of securing the intact of evidence, which means a lot to the criminal technological identification, the criminal investigation, exam and approval for action and the trial on court. However, the management of material evidence at present in our country is so loose not only in the regulations and rules concerned, but also in the judicial practice that it needs to be strengthened. Therefore, we should pay more attention to it, perfect it and regulate it both in system and operation.
