摘　　要：目的 :了解海洛因依赖者强戒期间对强戒所的满意度及其相关心理状况。方法 :自行设计问卷对 2 0 0 2年 12月 15日在所的 2 0 0例强戒人员进行不记名调查。结果 :对强戒所感到总体上“满意”的有 4 8例 (2 4 0 % )、“基本满意”139例 (6 9 5 % )、“不满意”13例 (6 5 % )。入所后心态居首位的是“感到绝望 (没有前途 )”89例 (44 5 % ) ,其他依次为“抑郁”80例 (40 0 % )、“自卑”6 4例 (32 0 % )、“怕被人看不起”6 4例 (32 0 % )等。目前最想的是“早日回家”14 2例 (71 0 % ) ,最不满意的是“行动自由限制”12 8例 (6 4 0 % ) ,最担心的是“怕交不起戒毒费”79例 (39 5 % )。结论 :强戒人员对本所感到“满意”和“基本满意”率较高 ,但也指出强戒中存在较多有待改进的问题 ,如药物治疗与疗程 ;文娱活动内容 ;人性化管理 ;戒毒费用等。Objective:To investigate the satisfactory degree to the compulsory detoxification settings and other related psychological status of the heroin abusers on detoxification. Methods: An investigation was conducted on the 200 drug abusers who were doing detoxification on December 15,2002 in our unit with a self-designed questionnaire. Results: On the whole,48 cases (24.0%) felt satisfied;139 cases(69.5%) felt generally satisfied;13 cases (6.5%) felt dissatisfied. There were 89 cases(44.5 %) felt despaired; 80(40.0%) depressed, 64(32.0%) inferior, 64(32.0%) feared being looked down upon, 142(71.0%) felt that going home early was the most thing they wanted to do, 128(64.0%) thought that the most dissatisfactory thing was their activity being controlled, 79(39.5%) admitted that not affording to pay for the detoxification fee worried them most. Conclusion: On the whole, most drug abusers are satisfied with compulsory settings, however, there are still problems in many aspects to be solved such as drug treatment, duration of medication administration, improvement of cultural and entertainment activities, enrichment of life quality, reduction of detoxification fee. All of these have positive meaning in the improvement of our work.
