摘　　要：目的 :了解武汉地区吸毒者多种成瘾物质的使用情况 ,并通过与武汉六角社区相应情况的调查结果进行对比 ,为控制吸毒者多种成瘾物质的使用提供意见和建议。方法 :有对照的抽样调查研究 ,共调查 4 0 1例。结果 :(1)在吸毒组和对照组之间香烟、麻醉性镇痛药、镇静催眠药、去痛片和含可待因、麻黄素成分的止咳水的使用情况差别经检验具有统计学意义 (P <0 0 0 1) ;(2 )吸毒者中经常吸烟者平均日吸烟量为 2 1 73±s 1 0 9支 ,高于对照组的8 15±s 1 6 8支 (P <0 0 0 1) ;吸毒者中经常饮酒者平均每周饮酒量为 5 76g±s 78g,高于对照组 14 1g±s 34g(P <0 0 0 1) ;(3)吸毒者中以海洛因的使用率 (99 4 % )最高 ,其次为大麻 (16 7% )和“摇头丸”(16 7% ) ;(4)吸毒者中有39 7%的人使用 4种及以上的成瘾物质。结论 :吸毒者多种成瘾物质使用情况严重 ,并且与吸毒呈恶性循环 。Objective: To understand the prevalence of polydrug use of illicit substance users and provide scientific data for the control of polydrug abuse. Methods: The data were collected in the Second Drug Abuse Control Bureau of Wuhan and the Liujiao community of Wuhan with questionnaires. Results: Altogether 401 questionnaires were collected, including 174 cases of illicit substance abusers.Following is the result: (1) A significant high rate of legal addictive substance use was found in illicit substance users by test (P<0.01). Those substances included tobacco, narcotics, aqua for relieving cough containing codeine, ephedrine and etc; (2) The average cigarettes consumption daily by illicit substance users who smoked constantly is 21.73±s 1.09, much more than that by the control group (8.15±s 1.68), showing significant difference (P<0.001). The average alcohol consumption in one week also showed significant different between the illicit substance abuse group(576 g±s 78 g) and the control group(141 g±s 34 g) ( P<0.001); (3) The most commonly used illicit substance were heroin (99.4%), marijuana (16.7%) and ecstasy (16.7%); (4) 39.7% of the illicit substance users adopted more than three addictive substances. Conclusion: Polydrug use is serious in the illicit substance users. Effective measures should be adopted to cease addictive substance abuse.
