摘  要:制作大鼠脑梗死模型 ,采用免疫组化染色方法 ,观察脑梗死后 1、3、7、14和 2 8d时 ,梗死侧神经干细胞增殖及其表达标记物BrdU和nestin的动态变化。与对照组相比 ,伤侧皮层、海马及室下区的BrdU和nestin阳性细胞数于伤后 1d开始增多 ,7d达高峰 ,2 8d后接近正常水平。结果表明 :脑梗死可激发成年大鼠自体神经干细胞原位增殖 ;自体神经干细胞对脑梗死损伤有一定的反应能力 。To investigate the proliferation of inherent neural stem cells in situ in the adult rats after cerebral infarction cerebral infarction models of rats were established and the dynamic expression of bromodeoxyuridine(BrdU) and neuroepthelial stem cell protein (Nestin) were studied by immunohistochemistry staining. BrdU was used to mark dividing neural stem cells. Nestin was used to identify neural stem cells. Compared with the controls, the number of BrdU-positive and Nestin -positive cells in the subventricular zone,hippocampus and injured cortex markedly increased on 1st day, reached maximum on 7th day, markedly decreased on 14th day,but it was still elevated as compared with that of the controls, and remained unchanged at 28th day. The results indicate that cerebral infarction stimulated the proliferation of inherent neural stem cells in situ. these cells then respond to brain infarction and have potential therapeutic effect on self-recovery of brain infarction.
