摘　　要：信息技术的采用是BPR获得巨大效果的一个关键 ,信息技术在BPR中最重要和最有价值的应用是作为BPR实施过程中的管理和决策工具 ,来改变现有的企业业务流程 ,减少整个功能的环节或活动 ,以求实现效率、成本、服务等方面的质的飞跃 。The use of IT is a key to the success of BPR. The most important and valuable application provided by IT is its role as a tool of management in making decision. Changing the available Business Process and reducing the amount of links or actions in the whole function in order to realize the leap in essence on efficiency and reach the point of enterprise Business Process Reengineering.
