摘　　要：目的 观察钙通道阻断剂硝苯地平(Nifedipine)对人肝癌细胞(HHCC)增殖的影响。方法 将不同浓度的Nifedipine作用于HHCC，应用MTT比色分析法观察其细胞增殖情况。结果 Nifedipine使HHCC吸光度(OD)显著降低，去除后OD值逐渐恢复。结论 Nifedipine具有可逆的抑制HHCC增殖功能。Objective To investigate the effects of Nifedipine, a L-type calcium channel blocker, on the proliferation of human hepatoma cell HHCC.Methods Nifedipine of different concentrations was used on HHCC and cell proliferation was observed by MTT assay.Results Nifedipine decreased significantly the optical density (OD) of HHCC cells, and the OD value recovered after washout of Nifedipine.Conclusion Nifedipine can inhibit cell proliferation of HHCC.
