摘　　要：目的 探讨在矫治力作用下，拔牙术后牙槽骨的修复变化。方法 对24例矫治患者拍摄矫治过程中1、3、6个月和矫治结束时的X线全颌曲面断层片和对拔牙术后的牙槽骨变化进行对比分析。结果 拔牙术后牙槽骨愈合良好，在矫治力的作用下，牙槽骨不断出现增生和吸收，并且高度降低。结论 矫治结束时，牙槽骨骨质结构、密度同正常骨组织，矫治效果稳定。Objective To investigate the change of alveolar bone recovery under the effect of corrective force after arrachement.Methods The X-ray laminograms of all-jaw curving in the 1st month, 3rd month and 6th month during correction and at the end of correction were taken in 24 cases and then contrast analysis was made with the change of alveolar bone after arrachement.Results There was a good recovery of alveolar bone after arrachement, and under the effect of corrective force ,the hyperplasia and absorpt...
