摘　　要：目的 探讨老年患者脑出血术后再发脑血肿的原因。方法 分析12例老年患者脑出血术后再发血肿的原因。结果 12例再发脑血肿患者中9例有高血压病史(占75．0％)，9例长期服用阿司匹林等非类固醇药物(75．0％)。结论 再发脑血肿主要由于手术前后高血压、凝血机制障碍和术后低颅压、脑组织缺血缺氧及医源性因素引起。Objective To explore the reason of recurrence of cerebral hematoma in the aged patients receiving operation of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The reason of recurrence of cerebral hematoma in 12 aged patients receiving operation of cerebral hemorrhage was analyzed.Results In the 12 cases,9 patients had the case history of hypertension(75.0%) while 9 cases took non-steroid medicine such as aspirin (75.0%).Conclusion The recurrence of cerebral hematoma is chiefly caused by hypertension and disturbance of b...
