摘  要:以不同地点的纽荷尔脐橙为材料,测定了果实发育过程中果皮叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素的含量,以及成熟果实的外观色泽。结果表明:不同地点对果皮单一色素含量动态变化趋势和各时期单一色素含量的高低都有明显的影响,在果实膨大期,在各时期果皮间的“类胡萝卜素含量/叶绿素总量”比值的变化趋势相同,并且分别无显著的差异。果皮着色主要决定于“类胡萝卜素含量/叶绿素总量”比值高低,而与单一色素含量无直接关系。Changes of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotinoid contents, and peel color of Newhall navel orange in different production places were studied. It showed as follows: different production had obvious effects on the changes in the contents of all single pigment in peel ;the difference in production places had obvious effects on the contents of all single pigment in different periods; where it didn't influence the ratio of carointnoid in the period of fruit expanding. It showed that the peel colour mainly depended on the ratio of the content of carointiod and chorophyll, and had no direct correlation with the content of single pigment .
