摘 要:目的 本研究观察茶儿茶素对脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑细胞内钙离子浓度和海马组织细胞的作用 ,进一步阐明其对缺血再灌注损伤的保护机制。方法 采用钳夹双侧颈总动脉和迷走神经缺血 6 0min再灌注 30min的动物模型 ,荧光分光光度法测定脑细胞内钙离子浓度并观察神经细胞损伤程度。结果 模型组脑细胞内钙离子浓度显著高于正常组 (P <0 .0 1) ,海马组织呈明显的损伤 ,茶儿茶素 (5 0mg·kg-1,ip ,qd× 7)组显著降低脑缺血再灌注后脑细胞内钙离子浓度 ,损伤程度也较模型组轻。结论 茶儿茶素可能通过降低脑细胞内钙离子浓度 ,保护脑组织对抗缺血再灌注损伤。OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of tea catechins on the intracellular calcium concentration in the cortex and hippocampal cells of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion rats. METHODS: The rat cerebral ischemia and reperfusion model was produced by bilaterally clamping the common carotid arteries and vagus nerves for 60 min and then removing the occlusion for 30 min. The concentration of calcium in cortex was measured by fluorescence analysis, and the changes of hippocampal cells were observed. RESULTS: The intracellular calcium concentrations in cortex were higher than that of control rats (P -1 ip. qd × 7) decreased the intracellular calcium concentration in cortex (P < 0.01) and improved the hippocampus cells injury. CONCLUSION: It indicated that tea catechins had protective effects on the injury of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in rats, and these effects may be related to calcium concentrations in brain.
