摘　　要：扼要介绍了Ti 4Al 0 0 0 5B钛合金大型环件的制造过程。对 182 0mm× 14 2 0mm× 2 67mm环件进行了超声波检验 ,并对其实物进行了解剖、测试。试验结果表明 ,该环件弦向、径向和轴向 3个方向的力学性能均达到了零件设计要求的水平。The manufacturing process of large?scale rings made of titanium alloy Ti?4Al?0.005B is briefed. Ultrasonic tests were made on the rings whose dimensions were  1820 mm× 1420 mm×267 mm, and a dissecting study was also made on one practical ring. The testing results have showed that the mechanical properties in tangential, radial and axial directions can meet all the requirements set in the design for the parts.
