摘　　要：民族教育发展水平低 ,人才资源短缺 ,是西部地区社会发展滞后的重要原因。优先发展民族教育 ,将为西部地区的发展提供强有力的智力支持和人才保证。民族教育发展是加快西部发展和增强我国经济发展后劲的持久性动力源。The western development is component of important of Chinese modernization building of whole aim.If there weren't basic modernization of the western regions,there wouldn't final succeed of our whole socialism modernization building.The western regions of our society development have had fall behind from ethnic education development low level and shortage of talent resources.Ethnic education is going to take precedence over the others,it'll provide strong intelligence support and talent guarantee.Ethnic education is lasting motive source of accelerate development of the West of China and delayed effect of economy development of our country.We'll combine ethnic education development with the actual situation of the western regions.We'll persist in taking the road of ethnic education and market-oriented economy working in concert and harmony self-reliance and state support.Enable ethnic education trained all works of qualifies talent for the western development and flourishing socialist construction.
