摘　　要：研究型大学的内涵决定了其必然规定高等教育的发展趋势和方向。在中国建立和发展研究型大学,必须遵从研究型大学的一般发展规律,紧密结合我国的现实国情,通过建立科学的研究型大学管理体系,提高管理效率,保证研究型大学目标的实现。本文在上述指导思想的基础上,构建了我国研究型大学的管理体系,分析了该管理体系的主要功能。Due to their connotation, the research-oriented universities have decided the trend and the direction of higher education. Therefore, while constructing and developing research-oriented universities, we must be in accordance with their common development principles and tightly adhere to our country's reality. Through building up scientific management system of these universities, we can improve management efficiency as to guarantee the achievement of their goals. Based on above instructive thoughts, this paper constructs the management system of research-oriented universities in China and analyzes its main functions.
