摘　　要：目的 探讨显微镜下视网膜脱离手术的可能性及效果。方法 对15例15眼原发性视网膜脱离,先予置硅胶条带和/或环扎带。在手术显微镜直视下行视网膜裂孔及变性区冷凝、硅胶顶压后,检查裂孔位置是否正确。结果 15例15眼视网膜全部复位,视力提高14眼、不变1眼。无严重并发症,所有病例,视网膜冷凝反应清晰可见,轻度屈光间质浑浊,并不影响观察冷凝反应和裂孔定位。结论 手术显微镜下视网膜脱离手术具有方便、准确、可靠等优点。Objective To evaluate the possibility and the outcome of the retinal detachment surgery under microscope. Methods Fifteen consecutive cases of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment were enrolled in this study. All cases modified retinal detachment surgery observed straightly through microscope. First, buckling and/or circling were performed, then retinal cryopexy sclera were done under surgical microscope. Furthermore the location of the retinal holes were exmined under microscope by indenting silicon buckling. Results Fifteen cases got complete retinal reattachment. The visual acuity improved in 14 cases and without change in 1 case. There were no severe complications in all cases.The reaction of cryotherapy was seen clearly under the microscope, and the observation of cryotherapy and the location of retinal breaks were not affected by mild media opacities. Conclusion It is convenient, precise to perform retinal detachment surgery under microscope, and the outcome is reliable and satisfactory.
