摘　　要：从介绍装备可靠性门限值要求入手 ,提出了装备可靠性增长率的确定问题 .充分考虑各种因素对装备外场可靠性增长率影响 ,利用层次分析原理确定了这些因素对装备可靠性增长的影响权重 ,将此权重用于模糊综合评判 ,得到了 Duane模型中增长率的确定方法 .After the reliability threshold requirement of materiel is introduced, the problem to determinate reliability growth rate is raised in this paper. It takes varies factors which influence reliability growth rate of materiel in field into consideration and applies the theory of analytic hierarchy process to work out the influence weight of these factors. The weight is integrated with fuzzy integrate assessment and the determination method for the growth rate of Duane model is gotten.
