摘　　要：就业指导是联系学校与社会、学生与职业的纽带,是使学生顺利走上社会,在合适岗位上更好发挥才能,为社会做出贡献的重要保证。从多年工作实践来看,做好高校毕业生就业指导,应提高认识,注重实效性和针对性,力求"全方位"渗透,同时应以市场为导向,努力提高就业指导工作水平。Being a link between school and society, student and profession, guiding undergraduates to seek for employment helps students to find themselves proper positions in the society, give their abilities to full play and make contributions to the society. From the practice of the past years, the authors believe that validity and target should be attached great importance to, meanwhile much effort should be done to improve the work of guiding the undergraduate to seek for employment, with an orientation to the market.
