摘　　要：在经济全球化进程中 ,我国民营科技企业的发展面临制度创新滞后、管理方式粗放、持续的技术创新能力不强等问题 ,严重制约了企业的发展。因此 ,民营科技企业必须不断克服自身缺陷 ,进行制度创新、管理创新及技术创新 ,在以国际化、信息化、科技产业化为特征的民营科技企业“二次创业”中抓住机遇 ,实现民营科技企业的跨越式发展。In the course of globulization,private sci tech enterprises in China are facing backward system in innovation nough managing methods,without sustainable technological innovation and other problems which seriously restrict the development of enterprises.Therefore,the private sci tech enterprises must overcome their own weakness,carryout innovation of system,management and technology,master opportunity of “second pioneering work” of the private sci tech enterprises with the characteristics of internationalization,information and sci tech industrialization. [
