超氧化物歧化酶治疗复发性口腔溃疡的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨超氧化物歧化酶在复发性口腔溃疡发病中的作用。 方法　 选择复发性口腔溃疡患者 5 4例 ,健康成人 5 1例 ,取静脉血用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定血浆超氧化物歧化酶活性。 结果　复发性口腔溃疡患者的SOD较健康对照组明显低下 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。男女之间SOD值的差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。Objective To investgate a role of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in recurrent oral ulceration(ROU).Methods The venous bloods were collected in 54 ROU patients and 51 healthy adult controls,and the activity of plasma SOD are investigated by the method of xanthine oxidase.Results In the group of ROU patients,the activity of SOD was lower compared with controls,there was a significant difference in statistics(P<0.01).But the activity of SOD has no significant difference in statistics(P>0.05)between men and women.Conclusion The reduction of the activity of SOD may play an important role in the mechanism of ROU.
