轿车地板振动问题的研究

摘　　要：针对某轿车开发过程中的地板振动问题,通过道路试验和模态试验,发现排气管的振动对地板振动影响很大,是地板振动的主要原因。根据试验的结果,对原排气管的悬置位置进行了调整,从而使车身地板的振动得到了明显改善。In this paper, focus on vibrating problem of floor during one sedan development, the author finds out the reason lies to exhaust pipe system by road test and modal test. According to test results, the mounting locations of exhaust pipe are modified, therefore vibration of floor significantly improved through modification.
