摘　　要：目的 :检测血管内皮生长因子 ( VEGF)在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法 :采用免疫组织化学法、原位杂交法检测乳腺癌中 VEGF蛋白及 m RNA的表达。结果 :VEGF蛋白及 m RNA均定位在乳腺癌癌细胞及血管内皮细胞中 ,且其表达随着临床分期的增高明显增强。结论 :肿瘤细胞和血管内皮细胞是产生 VEGF的主要细胞 ,VEGF可作为乳腺癌临床诊断、治疗及预后判定的有效指标之一。Objective:To study on the expression of VEGF in breast cancer and its clinical significance. Methods:Immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization were used to detect the expression of protein and mRMA of VEGF in breast cancer. Results:Protein and mRNA of VEGF were located in endothelial cells of vascular and breast cancer cells,the expression level was elevated while the clinical staging of tumor progressed. Conclusion:VEGF is mainly secreted in breast cancer cells and endothelial cells of vascular, VEGF can be used as a usful marker to diagnose, treat, and estimate of prognosis of breast cancer.
