摘　　要：目的　采用叶酸处理体外培养的人胃腺癌细胞株SGC - 790 1来研究叶酸在体外的抑癌作用。方法　采用生长曲线法 ,群体倍增时间法 ,集落形成实验来研究叶酸对人胃腺癌细胞株SGC - 790 1体外增殖的影响 ;采用FCM进行细胞周期分析研究叶酸对细胞周期的影响。结果　叶酸浓度达 375nmol/L、 75 0nmol/L和 1875nmol/L时对人胃腺癌细胞株的增殖有抑制作用 ,叶酸处理的SGC -790 1,G0 /G1期细胞比例增大 ,细胞分裂受阻。结论　叶酸可以抑制胃腺癌细胞的生长、增殖并延长其群体倍增时间 ,降低其集落形成能力 ,叶酸可使胃腺癌细胞的细胞周期阻滞于G0 /G1期 。Objective To study the antitumor activities of folic acid, human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 cultivated in vitro was dealt with folic acid Methods Cell proliferation curve analysis,cell double time analysis?colony forming assay and cell cycle analysis by Fcm were used Results Folic acid selectively inhibited the activity and function of SGC-7901 at the doses of 375 nmol/L,750 nmol/L and 1875 nmol/L Conclusions The inhibitory effects of folic acid on the proliferation of SGC-7901 is a dose-effect and time-effect relationship
