摘　　要：目的 :探讨人食管癌组织DNA聚合酶 β(polβ)RNA水平的表达。 方法 :提取 5 1例食管癌患者的手术标本组织 ,包括 :17例癌灶组织 ,17例癌旁组织 ,17例“正常”组织细胞总RNA ,以生物素标记的polβcDNA探针进行RNA斑点印迹。结果 :DNApolβRNA水平的表达癌组织高于癌旁组织 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,癌旁组织高于“正常”组织 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,癌组织高于“正常”组织 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :人食管癌组织及癌旁组织的DNApolβ基因RNA水平表达显著高于“正常”组织 ,提示DNApolβ的过表达可能在食管癌的发生、发展中起 作用。Objective: To study the expression of DNA pol β in the RNA level.Methods: Total RNA were extracted from the esophageal tissues surgically removed from 51 patients with esophageal cancer including 3 groups:①17 cancer tissues,②17 adjacent cancer tissues and ③17 'normal' esophageal tissues.The DNA pol β gene expression was detected by RNA dot blotting with Bio-labelled pol β.Results: DNA pol β RNA expression in the cancer tissues is higher than that in the adjacent cancer tissues(P<0.05) and markedly higher than that in 'normal' tissues(P<0.01);the expression in adjacent cancer tissues is higher than that in 'normal' tissues(P<0.05).Conclusion: The overexpression of DNA pol β may play a role in the development of human esophageal cancer.
