摘  要:胰凝乳蛋白酶抑制剂 (Chymotrypsininhibitor,CI)是家蚕血液中主要的蛋白酶抑制因子 ,为其正常生长发育所不可缺少 ,研究CI对阐明家蚕正常生理以及害虫防治等都具有重要意义。采用pH 8 3、4 0聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和CI活性染色法 ,对 6个家蚕品种血液中的蛋白质含量和CI活性进行了测定 ,并对各品种CI活性的个体差异性进行了分析。结果表明 :结合pH 8 3和pH 4 0的电泳条件 ,可检测出Ict D ,Ict E ,Ict A ,Ict B ,Ict H基因所支配的 15种CI;6个品种中有 3个具有CI个体差异性 ,而且Ict E和Ict B在有的品种或个体无活性 。Chymotrypsin inhibitors (CIs) in silkworm (Bombyx mori) haemolymph perform a major function of proteinase controlling that is essential to life. Analysis of CI is very important to understand the normal physiological mechanism of silkworm, therefore, may be very useful for pest controlling. By using pH 8.3 and pH 4.0 polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) followed by activity staining, the individual polymorphism of CIs in six silkworm strains was investigated. The results, together with that of the measurement of the total protein and specific activity, indicated that by pH 8.3 and pH 4.0 PAGE, a total of 15 kinds of CI can be found, which were controlled by alleles belonging to Ict-D,Ict-E,Ict-A,Ict-B and Ict-H, respectively. The individual polymorphism was found in three strains. Moreover, the CIs belonging the Ict-E and Ict-B groups exhibited null type among strains or individuals, clearly showed that the CIs of Ict-E and Ict-B are not indispensable for silkworm larval growth.
