摘　　要：随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立、健全和日益完善,招标机制成为企业经营管理的客观需要,阐述了招标机制在企业中的具体运用,提出了在运用招标机制的过程中应注意的几个问题。Along with the establishing and perfecting of socialist market syste m, the competitive-bidding system has become the objective requirement for ente rprise's operation and management, this paper expounds the concrete usage of the competitive-bidding system in enterprise. And puts forward some matters needin g attention in the course of the application of the competitive-bidding system.
