摘 要:随着知识经济时代的到来,市场营销环境发生了重大变化。市场国际化、知识商品化、市场竞争无形化,使得传统的营销方式向以学习营销、网络营销、绿色营销、服务营销、品牌营销、合作营销等为主要形式的知识营销转变。知识营销是组织以知识创新为前提条件,把产品中所蕴含的知识作为营销重点,以知识创造需求,进而使知识产品为社会所接受,实现组织战略目标的过程。With the coining of the age of knowledge economy,the circumstance of marketing has changed.The market's internationlization,commercializing of knowledge and invisible market competition have changed traditional marketing methods to knowledge marketing as the main forms of learing marketing,network marketing,green marketing,service marketing,brand marketing,cooperate marketing and so on.Knowledge marketing is a process that takes creation knowledge as prerequisite condition,takes the knowledge in products as marketing point,creates demand with knowledge,then makes knowledge products received by society and realizes organizational strategy target.
