摘　　要：目的 :分析中央性神经细胞瘤的MRI表现 ,探讨MRI对中央性神经细胞瘤的诊断价值。方法 :对手术和病理证实的 8例中央性神经细胞瘤进行回顾性分析。 8例均行MRI平扫 +增强检查。结果 :8例肿瘤均位于侧脑室前 2 / 3处 ,向两侧侧脑室生长者 3例 ,向右侧侧脑室生长者 2例 ,向左侧侧脑室生长者 3例。病灶体积平均 33mmx36mmx4 7mm大小 ,形态不规则 ,有分叶 ,呈土豆状。平扫T1WI呈等、低信号 ,T2WI呈等、高信号 ,信号不均匀 ,增强后呈轻、中度强化。结论 :中央性神经细胞瘤的MRI表现具有某些特征 ,可以提示本病的诊断。Objective:To investigate the value of MRI in the diagnosis of central neurocytoma by analyzing their MRI appearances.Methods:Eight cases of central neurocytoma, proven surgically and pathologyically, were analyzed retrospectively.8 patients underwent MRI examinations with and without intravenous injection of contrast media.Results:All 8 tumors located in the frontrior 2/3 of the lateral ventricle,3 grew to both lateral ventricle,2 to right lateral ventricle,and 3 to left laterl ventricle.The shape of the tumors were irregular,with bulky volume.The tumors appeared isointense or hypointense on T 1WI,and isointense or hyperintense on T 2WI.On post contrast scans, MRI image showed slight or moderate enhancement Conclusion:The manifestation of MRI of central neurocytoma is characteristic,the diagnosis of central neurocytoma should be suspected.
