摘 要:目的:描绘颅内海绵状血管瘤的影像学表现。材料和方法:作者对9例颅内海绵状血管瘤作了CT扫描和脑血管造影。结果:CT平扫,瘤体表现为略高密度,瘤周有低密度小区。病灶可有出血或/和钙化。肿瘤有占位表现。造影后有增强。脑血管造影,动脉期即见肿瘤染色,轮廓清晰,并压迫周围血管使之移位:毛细血管期和静脉期则密度降低并轮廓模糊不清。结论:颅内海绵状血管瘤的鉴别诊断主要是颅内高密度结节或肿块,有占位表现,造影后可增强。Purpose: To characterize the imaging display of intracranial cavernoma. Materials and Methods: The authors have reviewed computed tomography scans and carotid angiography from 9 patients with intracranial cavernoma. Results: In CT unenhancemental scans, they present themselves as higher density tissue of tumor, around which are small areas of low density. The lesion may hemorrhage or/and calcify. Tissue of tumor may appear to occupy. Tissue of tumor show enhancement after administration of contrast material. Angiography, in artery period tissue of tumor appear high density and clear rim, around which vessels are displaced under pressure. During capillary and vein period,tumor's density will decrease, and the rim will become more and more unclear. Conclusion: In differential diagnosis, intracranial cavernoma should be considered as higher density intracranial nodes or masses which may appear to occupy and show enhancement after administration of contrast material.
