摘　　要：根据船舶避碰学原理 ,分析了库区船舶之间避让责任调整的必要性 ,调整原则、理论依据 ,以及需要调整的主要内容。According to the principle of anti-collision of ships, the author analyzes the necessity, principle and scientific basis of adjustment for obligation of anti-collision among ships, discusses about the main content of adjustment for obligation of anti-collision among ships in the area of reservoir Three-Gorges.
