摘  要:以鲜猪脑制备脑蛋白粉 ,并利用微波化学和磁化学的技术促进其水解反应 ,研究了催化剂、催化剂用量、磁场强度、微波辐射时间对水解反应的影响。结果表明 :用硫酸做催化剂比用盐酸好 ;磁场强度越强 ,水解效果越好 ,微波低能量多次辐射效果较好 ,低档火微波间歇辐射时间 36min为较好。In this paper, we use fresh pig-brain to prepare brain protein and use the technology of microwave chemical and magnetic chemical to accelerate its hydrolysis reaction. The effect of catalyst, the amount of catalyst, magnetic field intension and microwave radiation time to hydrolysis reaction have been studied. The result shows that using sulphuric acid is better than using hydrochloric acid and the effect of hydrolysis is better with boosting of magnetic field intension.The effect of hydrolysis is also better when we use low energy microwave to radiate many times and the best time of low energy microwave raidation is 36 minutes.
