复方儿茶胶囊中儿茶素的含量测定

摘　　要：[目的 ]用对二甲氨基苯甲醛 ,在高氯酸存在下 ,以比色法测定儿茶胶囊中儿茶素的含量 .[方法 ]取样品氯仿 甲醇溶液 2 0 μL点样 ,经制备型薄层层析展开 ,刮取儿茶素斑点谱带 ,用乙醇洗脱 ,加对二甲氨基苯甲醛高氯酸显色剂 ,离心 ,取上清液 ,以显色剂为空白 ,于 550nm波长处测定吸收度 .[结果 ]在 6 92～ 41 52 μg范围内具有良好的线性关系 (r =0 9991) ,儿茶素的平均回收率为 97 51% ,复方儿茶胶囊中儿茶素的平均含量为 43 2mg/g ,RSD为 1 19% (n =5) .[结论 ]比色法简便 ,快速 ,无干扰 ,重现性好 。OBJECTIVETo determine the content of cat ec hin in the compound catechu capsule by colorimetric method with para dimethy lami no benzaldehyde (PDAB) and perchloric acid.METHODS20μL of the sample solved in chloroform methyl alcohol was pointed in prepare layer chr omatography (TLC).The spot of catechin was scraped, and then elucidated with eth yl alcohol. Then added PDAB perchloric as color developing agent and centrifugat ed, obtained the supernatant, solutiom and determined absorption at 550nm with color developing agent as blank.RESULTSThe linear relat ion was good at 6 92～41 52μg( r =0 9991). The average recovery ra tes of c atechin were 97 51%. The average content of catechin in the compound catechu capsule was 43 2mg/g, RSD was 1 19%(n=5).CONCLUSIONT his method was simple, quick, no confusion and good reappearance, and it could b e used as the content analysis in material drugs and preparations.
