帽式巩膜包裹法植入羟基磷灰石义眼座78例临床分析

摘　　要：[目的 ]探讨羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术的改良方法 .[方法 ]对 78例需行眼球摘除术的病例施行了眼球内容物剜除术 ,并用帽式巩膜包裹法植入了羟基磷灰石义眼座 .[结果 ]无 1例发生羟基磷灰石义眼座裸露或脱出等并发症 ,义眼座活动良好 .[结论 ]帽式巩膜包裹法是安全。OBJECTIVETo discuss the reformative oper at ion for implanting the hydroxyapatite artificial eye.METHODS 78 patients were received with hydroxyapatite orbital implant by keeping the ext raocular muscle and sclera.RESULTSNo compl ications such as exposure or emersion were occurred, and the motility of artific ial eye ball was excellent.CONCLUSIONThe reformative operati on is safe, reliable and effective.
