摘　　要：　陈宝琛是清末清流派代表人物之一,曾任溥仪的老师。1882年他出主江西乡试,不久诏命为江西提督学政。在江西其间,陈宝琛重视教育、严肃考纪、举拔贤才,对当时江西的士气学风的好转起到了一定的作用;他关心时政,敢于直谏,具有强烈的爱国思想,在清末官宦中颇具影响。CHEN Bao-chen, the last Chinese emperor Fu-yi's teacher, was a representative of the Qing School of Academy in the Qing dynasty. From 1882 to 1884, he presided over Jiangxi's prefectural examination and soon was appointel as Jiangxi's provincial education commissioner. During his stay in Jiangxi, CHEN Bao-chen give great concern to Jiangxi's education, exacted strict examination discipline and promoted the learned, and thus he played a role in changing the style of study of Jiangxi's scholars. He paid attention to the state affairs and boldly expressed his point of view to the authority directly. He also cherished strong patriotic feelings, and so he exerted a strong influence upon the officials in the late Qing dynasty.
