摘 要:为提高医院的管理水平,促进医院各职能部门干部提高工作效率,建立信息平台,对医院领导班子成员、职能部门全体中层干部进行网上实绩考核,并取得了较好的管理效果。认为该考核方法可操作性、实用性强,考核结果直观,考核结果量化成具体分数,为科学地管理和考察干部提供了量化依据,对促进干部改进工作作风、提高工作效率起到了较好的促进作用。In order to improve the management level of hospital and urge functional department officials of hospital to improve working efifciency, an information platform is established for online performance evaluation on the members of leading group and all middle-level ofifcials of functional departments in hospital, and good effect on management is achieved. It is thought that this evaluation method has high operability and practicability, and the evaluation results are visualized and quantiifed into speciifc scores, providing quantiifcation basis for the scientiifc management and inspection of ofifcials and playing a quite good role in improving the work style of ofifcials and promoting their working efifciency.
