摘　　要：“三育人”是高等学校工会工作的根本任务。激励教职工“三育人”是高校工会法定职能的具体表现, 是贯彻执行新《工会法》和其他有关法律的要求,是高校工会对教职工合法权益的切实维护。高校工会应当调动教职工“三育人”的积极性, 围绕“育人”这个根本任务采取一切有利于激励教职工“三育人”的措施。To educate people by teaching, administration and service is a fundamental task of the labor union of colleges and universities. And to inspirit the staff to educate people in the three ways, is the legal function and incorporation of the labor union, the vindication and expression of the rights and interests of the staff, the requirement of carrying out the newly published Law of the Labor Union and other related laws, and requires the labor union to try her best to take any favorable measures.
