摘　　要：高校工作简报在传播政策、解释政策、沟通情况、交流经验、监督工作等方面有非常重要的作用.高校工作简报编辑应具备大局意识、问题意识、约稿意识、核实意识和平衡意识.The work brief report has a very important role in communicating policy,exchanging of experience,supervision and other aspects in colleges and universities. This paper is based on the practical work,analyzes the work brief report editor's five major consciousness in colleges and universities,such as overall situation,problem solution,instructions for authors,verification,and balance maintenance,etc.
