摘　　要：通过对本科院校院系资料室特点与高职院校的特点进行分析对比,提出高职院校不需要建立系部资料室的观点.Through studying the characteristics of department reference room in universities and the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,the paper proposed that it is not necessary for higher vocational colleges to set up department reference rooms.
