摘　　要：本文就创新型人才的培养,论述了流体力学中创新化教学必须立足于启发性的课堂教学、阶段性的小论文,创新化实验与实践必须将基础实验与应用实验相结合,实验设计与竞赛相结合,最终实现创新性人才的培养。In this paper, it was discussed that innovating teaching of fluid mechanics must be based on enlightened teaching in classroom, and on small study at every stage. Innovating experiment and practice must be combined with basic experiment and application experiment; experiment designing must be combined with competition in cultivating of innovative person with ability. Finally,innovative person would be cultivated.
