摘　　要：科技创新团队对高职院校专业建设、科研人才成长和社会服务能力提升具有重要意义。针对当前科技创新团队建设存在的问题,高职院校在科技创新团队建设过程中要注意加强顶层设计、人员梯队建设、管理与激励机制建设和团队文化建设。Technological innovation team is of great importance to specialty construction of higher vocational colle-ges,growth of scientific manpower and improvement of social service ability. Aiming at problems existing in current construction of technological innovation team,higher vocational colleges shall pay attention to strengthening top-level design,personnel echelon construction,management and incentive mechanism construction and team culture construction during the construction of technological innovation team.
