穿透性角膜移植术供体角膜的无菌处理及临床应用

摘　　要：报告了406只供体眼球的处理过程,其中胎儿眼球103只,正常死亡的成人眼球303只。摘除眼球时,眼周因皮肤用75％酒精消毒,结膜囊用0.25％氯霉素眼水冲洗。摘除的眼球用生理盐水冲洗,1000u/ml庆大霉素生理盐液浸泡30min,在贮入眼库前或手术前做细菌培养,胎儿眼球细菌培养阳性率4％,正常死亡成人的眼球细菌培养阳性率0.66％。二者经统计学处理差异有显著性(P<0.05)。将处理的403只眼球用于手术,其中增视性角膜移植198例,透明率为94.4％,治疗性角膜移植205例,透明率为82.4％。2例霉菌性角膜溃疡手术未能控制原发病,其余401例无1例感染。结果表明,前述无菌处理的效果是可靠的。There were 406 eyeballs, 103 eyeballs were from fetus, 303 eyeballs were from normal adults. The skin was sterilized with 75％ alcohol, conjuctiva sac was irrigated with 0.25％ chloramphenicol eyedrop before bulbed extraction. The extrated eyeball was irrigated with normal saline, and was seaked into eye bank and operation. The posive rate of bacteral culture was 4％ in fetus eyeballs, and was 0.66％ in dead adults eyeballs. The rates were statistically significant. The eyeballs of 403 were used in operation, the keratoplasty of increased vision was 198 cases, the rate of transparent was 94.4％, the keratoplasty of treatment was 205 cases, the rate of transparent was 82.4％. The two cases of fungal cornea ulcer did not controlled with operation. None was infection in 401 cases of them.
