摘  要:研究氨基甲酸乙酯麻醉对家兔体温、呼吸频率、心率、血压的影响。将家兔随机编号分为A(实验组)、B(对照组)两组,分别用25%的氨基甲酸乙酯和生理盐水按4 m L/kg经兔耳缘静脉注射,行颈部手术,连接BL-420生物信息仪,每隔5 min观察记录一次呼吸频率、心率、血压和体温。氨基甲酸乙酯使家兔体温呈下降趋势,麻醉后30 min体温下降到最低值36.8℃,此后体温略有上升;氨基甲酸乙酯麻醉使呼吸频率减慢,与对照组相比有显著差异;麻醉后家兔心率总体上呈降-升-降的趋势,麻醉后20 min,心率下降到最低值为205次/min,此后心率有所升高,但麻醉45 min心率又呈下降趋势;同时可显著降低收缩压和舒张压。氨基甲酸乙酯麻醉家兔,能使其体温降低,呼吸频率减慢,心率减缓,血压下降。The present study aimed to investigate the effect of urethane on body temperature,respiratory frequency,heart rate and blood pressure of rabbits. The rabbits were randomly divided into two groups of A( experimental group) and B( control group).Rabbits in experimental group were injected intravenously 25% urethane at dose of 4 m L / kg,and rabbits in control group were injected intravenously the same dose of saline. Then was performed an neck operation and was connected BL-420 biological information system. Finally,was observed the changes of physiological index every 5 minutes. The body temperature of rabbits dropped after urethane injection. The lowest value of temperature appears 30 min after anaesthesia,and then body temperature increased slightly.The respiratory rate of rabbits fell down after urethane injection and had significant difference from that of control group. The heart rate of rabbits showed a trend of decreasing-increasing-decreasing after anaesthesia,and decreased to 205 times / min 20 min after anaesthesa,and then increased. But it showed a decreasing trend after anaesthesia for 45 min. At the same time,rabbit blood pressure droped after anaesthesia with urethane. After anaesthesia with urethane,the body temperature,respiratory frequency,heart rate and blood pressure of rabbits all decreased.
