摘　　要：目的:评价^(18)F-脱氧葡萄糖(^(18)F-fluorodeoxyglucose,^(18)F-FDG)PET/CT显像在术前诊断宫颈癌淋巴结转移中的作用。方法:回顾性分析本院2013年1月—2015年10月25例经手术证实为宫颈鳞癌(ⅠB~ⅣA期)患者的术前PET/CT影像,并与术后腹主动脉旁及盆腔淋巴结病理结果比较,评价PET/CT在术前诊断宫颈癌淋巴结转移中的作用。结果:PET/CT共检测25例宫颈鳞癌患者175个淋巴结区域,其诊断淋巴结转移的灵敏度、特异度、准确率、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为64.3%(27/42)、91.7%(222/133)、85.1%(149/175)、71.1%(27/38)、89.1%(122/137)。结论:^(18)F-FDG PET/CT在评价宫颈癌淋巴结转移中具有较高临床价值。Objective: To evaluate the function of ^(18)F-fluorodeoxyglucose(^(18)F-FDG) PET/CT imaging in lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer. Methods: A retrospective analysis was made including 25 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma(ⅠB-ⅣA) in Liaoning Cancer Hospital hospitalized from January 2013 to October 2015. The PET/CT imaging findings were compared to the pathological results. Results: PET/CT detected 175 lymph node areas in 25 cases. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 64.3%(27/42), 91.7%(222/133), 85.1%(149/175), 71.1%(27/38) and 89.1%(122/137), respectively. Conclusion: ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT has a high value in the evaluation of lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer.
