舒丽启能联合康复新液和达立通治疗老年人反流性食管炎的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的观察舒丽启能联合康复新和(或)达立通治老年人反流性食管炎(RE)的有效性和安全性。方法217例老年RE患者随机分为四组:舒丽启能组(A组,52例);舒丽启能+康复新液(B组,59例);舒丽启能+达立通组(C组,50例);舒丽启能+康复新液+达立通(D组,56例)。治疗28 d后,观察老年RE患者的消化道症状改善情况及不良反应。计数资料用χ2检验,治疗前后配对资料用t检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 A、B、C、D组治疗后胸骨后疼痛症状减轻的有效率分别为61.54%、67.79%、46.00%、71.43%,治疗后反酸、烧心症状减轻的有效率分别为46.15%、71.18%、62.00%、92.86%,治疗后腹痛、咽部不适感症状明显好转的有效率分别为48.07%、77.98%、48.00%、82.14%。B、D组与A、C组或分别与A、C组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论舒丽启能对老年人RE具有良好的疗效。单用舒丽启能适合治疗轻、中度老年RE患者,联合康复新液组成的二联适合治疗较重的老年RE患者,再加上达立通组成的三联治疗老年RE患者最有效,特别适合重型老年RE患者。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of trimebutine maleate tablets combined with Kangfuxin liquid and(or) Dalitong granules treating reflux esophagitis(RE) in elderly patients. Methods A total of 217 elderly patients with RE were randomly divided into four groups: trimebutine maleate tablets group(group A, 52 cases); trimebutine maleate tablets can plus Kangfuxin liquid(group B, 59 cases);trimebutine maleate tablets can plus Dalitong granules group(group C, 50 cases); trimebutine maleate tablets can plus Kangfuxin liquid and Dalitong granules(group D, 56 cases). After twenty-eight days treatment, digestive symptoms and adverse reactions were observed. Chi-square test and t test were used to analyze the statistic data, and P <0.05 was considered as significant difference. Results Total effectiveness rates of chest pain in groups of A, B, C and D were 61.54%, 67.79%, 46.00% and 71.43%, respectively; the efficiencies of acid reflux and heartburn relief efficiency were 46.15%, 71.18%, 62.00% and92.86%; the efficiencies of abdominal pain, throat discomfort symptoms were 48.07%, 77.98%, 48.00%and 82.14%. Clinical effects of B and D group were significantly higher than those of A and C group(P<0.05). Conclusion Trimebutine maleate tablets has a good effect on the RE in elderly patients. Single trimebutine maleate tablets can be suitable for the treatment of mild to moderate senile RE patients; twodrug of trimebutine maleate combined with Kangfuxin liquid is suitable for the treatment of severe RE;three-drug of trimebutine maleate combined with Kangfuxin liquid and Dalitong granules is most effectiveand especially suitable for elderly patients with severe RE.
