摘　　要：当前我国高校安全管理形势复杂严峻。无缝隙组织理论倡导顾客导向、竞争导向和结果导向,对高校安全管理工作创新具有借鉴价值。目前高校安全管理缝隙主要表现在工作理念、管理体制、运行机制和法制基础四个方面,因此,高校安全管理创新应转变安全管理工作理念、改革安全工作管理体制、完善安全工作运行机制、加强安全管理法制建设。Currently,Chinese university security is facing a complex and severe situation.The theory of seamless organization advocates the orientation towards clients,competition and results,having referential significance for university security control.The seams in the present university security control mainly lie in the four aspects of working notions,control system,operating mechanism and legal basis.Therefore,efforts should be made at the seams to improve university security.
