摘　　要：中国的经济伦理学研究伴随着改革开放的进程而逐渐受到关注和重视,然而,对于全球视野下中外经济伦理学研究框架及研究方法的探讨却显得明显不足。从经济伦理学的学科性质、研究对象、结构层次、研究范畴等角度对中外经济伦理学研究框架的现状进行评析及探究,归纳分析中外经济伦理学主要研究方法,对于丰富和发展中国经济伦理学向纵深方向发展,具有较高的应用价值和时代意义。The study of business ethics receives more attention in China in the process of the reforming and opening up to the world.However,there is insufficient exploration in the framework and research methodology of business ethics,a review of which is offered here.It is of applicational value and contemporary significance for enriching and developing the study of business ethics in China.
