整合素β1亚基表达与人脑胶质瘤侵袭与复发的关系

摘　　要：目的 :检测脑胶质瘤中整合素 β1基因表达 ,阐明其临床意义 .方法 :应用免疫组化和原位杂交法 ,分析 5 3例人脑胶质瘤整合素 β1基因表达 ,对患者随访并比较其预后 .结果 :整合素 β1蛋白阳性率 ,在I～IV级脑胶质瘤分别为 3 6.3 %,3 8.5 %,72 .2 %和 81.8%,高级别 (Ⅲ～Ⅳ )高于低级别(Ⅰ～Ⅱ ) (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其mRNA表达同蛋白表达 .高表达整合素β1的患者预后较差 .结论 :整合素 β1的高表达与脑胶质瘤分化程度低、侵袭性强密切相关 。AIM: To detect the expression of integrinβ1 gene in human gliomas and analyze its clinical significance. METHODS: The expression of integrinβ1 gene in 53 pieces of gliomas was detected by immunohistochemical and hybridization technique in situ. The patients were followed up and their prognosis was compared. RESULTS: The positive rate of Integrinβ1 in gliomas of grade I to Ⅳ was 36.3%, 38.5%, 72.2% and 81.8% respectively. The integrinβ1 positive rate in gliomas of grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ was higher than that of grade I and Ⅱ ( P <0.05). The integrinβ1 mRNA expression in gliomas was positively correlated with its protein expression. Patients with higher expression of integrinβ1 had poorer prognosis and shorter survival time. CONCLUSION: The higher expression of integrinβ1 is closely related with the lower differentiation and higher invasiveness of gliomas. Integrinβ1 may be a good indicator in predicating the prognosis of gliomas patients.
