摘 要:从20世纪90年代末开始,国有商业银行纷纷采取措施,进行组织结构方面的改革,但这些改革措施由于缺乏明确的系统目标而显得凌乱。作者通过分析目前国有商业银行直线职能型组织结构的缺陷及其改革的现状,借鉴现代企业组织理论和国际商业银行先进的组织形式,提出了国有商业银行的矩阵型和"哑铃"型组织结构模式,并以此作为国有商业银行组织结构变革的目标。Many measures to innovate the organizational system have been taken by the state-owned commercial banks from the end of the last century.These measures,however are somewhat in disorder because of the lack of a clear objective. This article analyzes the flaw of the linear-function organizational structure of the state-owned commercial banks and the situation of the innovation . The matrix organizational structure and the dumbbell model are pointed out through the analysis of the modern corporation theory and the experience of foreign commercial banks. At last ,it points out that the matrix organizational structure and the dumbbell model are the objective of the innovation of the bank's organizational structure.
